home > Adoption Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in a German Shepherd Dog. The ownership of a German Shepherd Dog, like any pet, is a serious responsibility that requires a long term commitment. It is the goal of San Francisco Bay Area German Shepherd Rescue to insure that this responsibility, as well as the physical, psychological and material needs of each German Shepherd Dog, be met in its new home. This questionnaire has been designed to help determine if we can match your needs with the dogs in our program. Please understand that since our adoption approval process requires personal interviews and home visits, we are unable to accept Adoption Questionnaires from out of state or from southern California.
